Our Cancellation Policy
At Urban Edge Salon, we understand that situations arise in which you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment, you provide 24 hours notice. This allows your stylist/nail tech/esthetician time to fill that spot with another client. Without notification, your stylist/nail tech/ esthetician faces lost income.
Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel or reschedule will be considered a NO-SHOW, NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
All charges must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.
